Aidan and I joined some friends from playgroup today at the Strong National Museum of Play. It had been a number of years since I've visited the museum and, just this past summer, they added the "PLAY" section. It was AMAZING! There was so much to do, even for little tikes like Aidan. He especially enjoyed playing in the "sand" pit (the "sand" was really tiny beads of a resin-like material). He wanted to taste the sand, too, but Mommy was a party-pooper and didn't let him. He also enjoyed shopping in the kid-friendly Wegmans Supermarket. They even had Aidan-sized shopping carts! Of course, he had to pick up some diapers:

He also had fun climbing all over the activity gym.

We also made a visit to Sesame Street. He even got to sit in Big Bird's nest!

But, by far, his very favorite thing today was the mirrors. He was fascinated with his reflection!
