Aidan has a love for books, just like his Mommy. His favorite thing to do when it's play time is to grab a bunch of books and bring them to anyone who is willing to read to him. He loves to turn the pages by himself and he also enjoys pointing out certain objects in the pictures. He is so smart, he amazes me sometimes.
His favorite book, up until a couple of days ago was "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see?" Well, Daddy accidentally "hid" the book in Aidan's diaper bag, so Aidan's newest favorite book is "The Daddy Book," by Todd Parr. He also has "The Mommy Book" (also by Todd Parr), but prefers the daddy one. We even tried tricking him by hiding the book underneath his library of (hundreds of) books and the little stinker dug until he found it!
Tonight, I got some cute pictures of Daddy reading Aidan his favorite book. Seems quite appropriate since the name of the book is "The Daddy Book," right?
